I'd give the PM mounted in the Rhinos two meltas each, for obvious reasons.
The DPs would benefit from wings.
For this, drop those havoc launchers.

I see your point. Think about the havoc launchers is, I'm actually a little concerned about crowd control with this army. It's got a pretty minimal 16 bolters, and lascannons aren't the greatest for horde control.

I used havoc launchers in the GT final 2009.
They killed a few Genestealers but were not worth the points.
Now I'm staying away from them.

Hmm,
I'd consolidate your Pm squads,or at least bring them up to seven strong per squad,and definitely take meltas.
Lose the Dread and havoc launchers.
Wings and warpime for your DPs
