Have you ever actually seen them eat a brain, Ive only seen them eating limbs and organs but never an actual brain. I think itd be complicated for them to get to the brain right?

See....Return of the Living Dead. It's a pretty awful 80's film, but they chomp right through skulls as if they were eating an apple.

Also, believe it or not, 'Braaaains' were not on the original Hollywood zombie's itinerary. See 'Night of the Living Dead'.

IIRC, they actually talked a little as well. They had some intelligence (as seen by the little girl using the cement trowel to kill her parents) as well.

Ive already seen night of the living dead ( around age 8 and watch it every so often) and it made me fall in love with zombies, Ive seen alot of zombie movies but never return of the living dead

They did talk in Return of the Living Dead. That one Zombie explains why they eat brains!

The "Zombies Eat Brains" meme does, in fact, originate with Return of the Living Dead. It is a major plot point in that film and all of it's sequels.

While Night of the Living Dead definitely started the genre, the RotLD franchise played a huge role in re-popularizing the genre, and originated many of the more commonly seen tropes.

Eating brains numbs the pain the zombies feel.

What pain?

Being dead hurts.

It's the rotting, see. It hurts. So zombies eat brains to kill the pain, like a junkie uses horse.
