Well, the list contains some flaws.
Mephiston is a good leader of a mech army.
Assault squads and Storm Raven have different speeds.

I'd go with jump packers all the way.

Priests need to lose their weapons. Then you could upgrade some of the assault PW with Fists. Maybe drop Meph. He'll get picked out

the terminator's power weapon is free with the armor upgrade. the assault squads work better with power weapons (i've found)

as to mephiston, i am considering dropping for dante or even better astorath

I'd take a normal Libby with shield and lance. Cheap and effective.
