I am building a 500 point list for a new player. Everything and I mean Everything is a Proxy. War gaming wize he like to play in SFB the Gorn. In Battle Tech, the Hatcheman and Hover Tanks With Gauss Weapons [This is why the Tau]. He wants to Play Kroot and Hammerheads with Gauss Weapons, IF he finds he like the Tao in general.
We are tying to keep it 1 HQ and 2 Troops. I am trying to keep WYSIWYG [Hence the Weapons on the Crisis Suits]. I need to fill out the remaing 153 point in /Models and Wargear. I have the models [SFB Miniatures] to Proxy Drones.
Add more Fire Warriors if possible, plus make one a shas'ui with a bonding knife (can regroup under 50% strength). Give the Commander and his bodyguards all Hard Wired Multitrackers so that they can fire both weapons. From there IDK, maybe add a broadside suit if you can find a proxy?
