Morning, afternoon, evening, etc.

Been trolling around the internet the last few months after picking up the reigns of my 40k army again after a 5-10 year break from the game and I always seem to end up on these forums reading through countless threads of interesting topics so I thought, "Hey, may as well sign up and see if I can contribute in some way shape or form." Thus here I am. Real name is Dave, but generally on forums I use this avatar as it tends to be readily available and I've yet to meet a person that actually knows how to pronounce it, lol.

Live in the UK and work in maintenance at a car manufacturing plant - which means lots of exposure to robots and the like so I've no interest at all in Tau anymore

Used to play regularly with a Space Wolf army on 4th edition against a collection of different opponents, resurrecting that same army now as well as starting a new 'Nid army to go alongside it. From what I've seen there seems to be some poor opinions of the people that use Wolves these days as they seem a bit on the powerful side balance wise, my only justification is that I've always loved their fluff and attitude. Always fancied a 'Nid army as well but wasn't a big fan of some of the old models and wasn't too keen on painting huge quantities of models - now I love it, 30 Hormagaunts in a few days to a decent tabletop standard was brilliant fun.

Also got a side project of Eldar that my girlfriend has decided to collect so no doubt I'll be searching through for more information about them soon as well - how to build them up for her and how to beat them (so far she's beaten me in every single one of the 5 test games we've played... much to my embarrassment). Got to say though, 5th edition seems far more fun to play than 4th, a lot of the rule changes have been fantastic. Still getting my head around some of the changes but I'm getting there slowly.

Really. It's pronounces Gijouhei. Try pronouncing Felsenthal.
