You may as well have two
SDs, but see below.

1 with Twin-Linked Plasma Rifle, Missile Pod, Hard-Wired Multi-Tracker
1 with Twin-Linked Burst Cannon, Missile Pod, Hard-Wired Multi-Tracker
This has lotsa problems. Mixed purpose guns in the same unit are bad. The Shas'O's guns are anti-T and high Armor enemies. The other two are a mix of that heading toward anti-Infantry.
Instead, since you have the elite slot space, demote these two into individual suits and save points.
1.
FireKnife+, PR/
MP/
TA hwMT team leader for 77 points
and then
2. FireStorm+,
BC/
MP/
TA hwMT for 65 points
... both having BallisticSkill 4 (better than the 'vres) and less points.
The
HQ can still join one of them for protection from getting picked off.

Stealth Team (Shas'ui) - 137pts
Shas'vre upgrade, 1 Fusion Blaster, Bonding Knife, Marker Drone, Drone Controller
The single
FB and 2
BCs is a bad combo. Same argument as above. Other players argue that this makes 'em versatile. I say it divides a unit's purpose. Suit units, in fact,
IMHO, *all*
40k units function best when dedicated to either anti-tank or anti-Infantry. That's why
SM tacticals aren't so great for offensive power.
I'd drop the
FB and the 'vre promotion, just a Team Leader. Check 'vre upgrade with
MEq stats and
GEq stats. You'll see it's worthless.

At least add a DisPod.
kevandthingy wrote:6 Pathfinders (Shas'la) - 176pts
Shas'ui Upgrade, Bonding Knives, Gun Drone, Devilfish
It's a sinlge Bonding Knife,

and again, give the fish a DisPod.
kevandthingy wrote:6 Gun Drones
Pretty much worthless. No one fields them.
kevandthingy wrote:Hammerhead Gunship - Rail Gun, x2 Burst Cannons, Disruption Pod, x2 Seeker Missiles, Target Lock
Always add a MultiTrack to shoot like a Fast Vehicle. Seekers largely blow.
kevandthingy wrote:Sniper Drone Team -
Not the best chioce, but okay. Railheads are better.
kevandthingy wrote: The gun drone squads will protect either flanks,
*snirk* They won't. In 4e, they were a great, cheap, fast scoring unit, but not longer in 5e. They're too fragile, average Armor Save, lousy leadership. So-so guns, horrible
BS, orks only being worse (without Twin-Link). *If* you're still hot to field them, minimize the unit size, so they're easier to hide behind things ... not a great option in 5e anyway.
kevandthingy wrote:and will scout ahead with the pathfinders and kroot if necessary. The hammerhead will be the tank/monster hunter taking out landraiders and carnifexes etc. The sniper drone team will try and assassinate characters.
Characters are rarely available to do this. How new to
40k are you?
kevandthingy wrote: The stealth team will act as tank-hunters,
That's a 100+ point Fusion Blaster. Really ineffiecient and given an
FB's range, soon caught in h2h and then dead.
I'd rethink a lot of what you've planned. Read AdvancedTauTactica.com.
Bought any models yet?
