Well, what regiments/chapters do you have, and are there any great deeds they've accomplished in game? That can always give you something to go off of. You could always just name them after characters from Black Library novels, movies you like, or any fiction really.
For instance, if your chapter is Ultramarines (or most Marine chapters really) you can always go with Latin names. If your Guard is Catachan, then you can definitely go with some badass action hero names. That's why I've got a colonel Plisskin in my Guard.

My IG are the Cadian 105th, My SM are BA. At present, they've done nothing particularly heroic, but soon hopefully they will. Thanks for the tips.

Yeah, I agree with Brother SRM, start with the regiment, then move onto individual names. My IG, the Screaming Beagles of Alpha Five took me about an hour to figure out...I'm still trying to get some character names...When you read enough Black Library books it feels hard to be original!

I haven't read too many Black Library novels, though I'm currently reading The Saint. Hopefully it'll give me some inspiration. As for Latin names, I could ask my teacher for popular Latin names (yes, we have to do Latin  ).

Change the SMs to Space Wolves. Name one of them Wolf Wolferson and the other Fang McWolf. Not only will you be completely in-theme, you'll be guaranteed a writing job with GW.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
