Night Goblin Boss imo would fare better as a normal goblin. Night goblins should have a musician before a boss. Maybe switch out Trolls for a boat load of warmachines but thats just a personal preference of mine.

can't have both the boots and the brew, both enchanted items.

I agree take musicians and standards before you to a champ for the night goblin units, as he's next to useless unless you plan on putting characters in there you don't want to get challenged.

3 fanatics is too many from my experience, 2 is the sweet spot between price/production. I'd drop one from each unit and get more night goblins in them. 20 is WAY too small for them, they'll be useless. Find a way to get them up to 40. That way they can be nice anvils for your big'uns and black orcs.
