In the chaos daemons codex breath of fire wounds on 4+ with no cover save or armor save but what about invulnerable saves, also is the breath of chaos an assault type of shooting attack. Iam sure the answer will bite me in the . Just want too be sure

You can still take invulnerable saves, as it only specifies no armour saves.

Yes, all their "powers" are shooting attacks.

And yes, it is "assualt", it says so quite cleary in the codex.

These two gentlemen, who are entirely correct, beat me two it by a couple of hours, but yes, you can take invulnerable saves. Only weapons or conditions that specifically deny you invulnerable saves (or deny any save whatsoever) can take those away. Furthermore, yes, Breath of Chaos, as stated in its profile, is an Assault 1 template shooting attack.
