Looks pretty standard.
As a variant, you could drop the lone Farseer and one Prism and add some Vypers.
More bang for the bucks.

Sounds good to me Other than the fire prism, I just don't like em cuz if you get weapon destroyed its significatly less useful. I prefer Falcons because they have more weapons with like a foot less range and I doubt you're going to need to fire further than 48" in a 2000 point game.

I'd ditch the lone Seer, one Prism and downgrade the Scatter Lasers to Shuriken Cannons on the Fire Dragon's Serpents for a unit of Storm Guardians with a Destructorlock and 2x Flamers in a Wave Serpent with a TL Brightlance and Spirit Stones. Gives you a third scoring unit and you still have anti-horde capabilities with the tri-template unit. I'd make sure to put Runes of Warding on the other Seer though. Don't want to get caught without those.

Other than that the list looks good.

Yeah, I don't foresee this doing too hot unless the tourney has crazy rules to it.

Everything is pretty standard for the most part, except the glaring issue that you only have 2 troops. You will put out a lot of hurt, but all someone needs do in a seize ground scenario is pop one or both DA serpents and you are hosed.

DA Bladestorm units - For these to be effective vs MEQ you need guide and doom on the unit. You have this for one squad, the other will be much less effective without lucky of the dice.

Warlock council, you have 520pts out of your 2k in this one unit. It has the most threatening weapon on it's serpent as well... what do you think the first serpent to be down will be? Once out of the serpent they move 6" so most armies will either dance around them or tarpit them.

Suggested list

2000 Pts - Eldar Roster

Farseer w/ Fortune; Guide; Runes of Warding; Spirit Stones

Farseer w/ Fortune; Guide; Spirit Stones

5 Fire Dragons (I sometimes take exarch with Flamer and Crack shot, +17pts for a TL heavy flamer means the unit will still be useful vs horde)
Wave Serpent w/ TL Scatter Lasers

5 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent w/ TL Scatter Lasers

9 Dire Avengers, 1 Dire Avenger Exarch Bladestorm ; 2 Avenger SC
Wave Serpent TL Missile Launchers

9 Dire Avengers, 1 Dire Avenger Exarch Bladestorm ; 2 Avenger SC
Wave Serpent TL Missile Launchers

3x Fire Prism w/ Holo-Field

351pts left over for additional troops, suggest a minimum of 4 at 2k

Another small FD unit in a Serpent plus two Vypers, since Vypers are perfect gap fillers in a gun line ('oh, there is one Berzerker left and I have nothing to shoot him') and the enemy will often ignore them

Lol um... that would completely disregard the whole purpose of need more troops. 2 troops at 2k is NOT competitive for Eldar.

I'm going to have to agree with Blue Dagger and Aldarionn on this one.

As a general rule I've found it nice to have one troop choice per 500 points. Eldar can genenerally get by with one less, but only taking 2 troops at 2K doesn't sound like a good idea.

You also have a few too many eggs in that Warlock basket, as Blue Dagger pointed out. I think its go bike council or go home. Foot councils are death stars in an av12 transport that they cannot assault out of.

One thing that's interesting about 2 flamer, destructor storm guardians is that they only need doom to shoot at full effectiveness- and they are cheaper than avengers, can fight better, and can even deal with walkers in cc.

As blue dagger did, put your scariest tank weapons onto your least intimidating squads. This will generally mean shuri cannons on fire dragons, and bright lances onto your troop transports. This also spreads out your anti tank, and makes it harder to eliminate totally. At 2000 points most every unit in my army (themselves or through dedicated transport) can perform anti vehicle.

at 2000 I usually run 2 infantry serpents (Avengers, Storm Guardians) and 2 small squads of Bikes at 129 points a pop.
3 w/ cannon + Warlock w/ spear and embolden

put em in reserve, keep em out of harms way, or hunt tanks with em. 2 squads of those is only 258 points (about as much as a squad of avengers or storms in a transport). Their speed will also help greatly in objective contesting missions.

Xom finds this thread hilarious!

Do you really need embolden on the mass Warlocks? Leadership is 10 for Farseer. Might save a few points.

Shuriken cannon underslug on the Dragon Serpents would be cool, more mass fire power and if weapon destroyed still got fire power.

In 2k I think you need more troops. 2 troop units isn't a lot. It's that Seer Council which is draining points.

This is pretty sound advice. I would definitely get some vypers or jet bikes.
