Unit Choices:
Level 4 Sorcerer Lord seems to be the caster of choice. Disc to keep him out of combat or should the caster be run in a unit? Looking at Shadow for a lore. Good buffs and debuffs and Pit of Shades can be game winning against certain armies. Tzeentch seems not worth it because there is no guarantee that you get gateway. Third Eye of Tzeentch to use opponents spells if you have none you want to cast since the trend seems that everyone takes a level 4. Infernal Puppet because its so good. Talisman of Preservation for the good ward save suplemented by Mark of Tzeentch.

Exalted Tzeentch hero as the Battle Standard Bearer because Tzeentch gives a better ward save along with the armor. Is vulnerable to magic attacks but thats what the champion is for. Biting blade as a cheap magical weapon to be able to hit wraiths with. BSB is necessary when running units with Frenzy and don't exactly trust leadership 8.

Warriors carry the flaming banner to kill things with regen. 3 ranks of 6.

50 Marauders with great weapons in horde formation 5x10 sure kill a good amount they also die pretty easily but that is why there are 50 of them.

6x3 Chosen get their free buff and then another from the warshrine. favor of the gods so they hopefully get a good buff. shields for added protection.

2 Hell cannons for shooting enemy large infantry blocks and they can fight in a pinch.

Seems a little small. Maybe go with Marauders over warriors but warriors can get the flaming banner.

The level 4 actually must use the Lore of Tzeentch, since he has that mark. If you want shadow you'll have to drop the disc and get shoved into combat with one of the blocks (though a 3/4+ save means he's not being assassinated with much ease or anything).

As to getting gateway, it's not assured but it's pretty likely. The overall lore isn't so bad either, though not as dirty as the new lores in some ways.

On the list overall, I'm actually pretty thrilled to see Slaanesh core, how funny is that There's a sorta 7th edition vibe going on here - tizz level 4 on disc, slaanesh on almost anything else, khorne lumberjacks (except loads more of them) - that should still work for you. I think my one concern is the lack of survivability for your chosen, without shields, or a shooting ward banner, or even ironcurse icon or so. Actually, why doesn't the champ have favor of the gods? Only reason not to take it would be because he's holding another item ...

Thank you for the feedback.

Guess the Level 4 does uses the Lore of Tzeentch and I hope to get Gateway then.

Well I like Slaneesh core because I plan to make them all female converted from Daemonettes. Being immune to psychology is pretty good too. Friend I was talking to was saying the Lord on disc was good.

Added the Favor of the gods to the Champ forgot that. Switched to shields on the Chosen. Is it worth it for a shooting ward banner? I was trying to not make the Choesen to expensive. If going with shields maybe Mark of Tzeentch is better to improve the parry ward save?

I would say the standard build for 8th ed would be to use the Mark of TZ for warriors with Shields and Mark of KH for warriors with halberds.

Similar standard builds exist for Marauders - MK of TZ with shields and MK of KH with Great Weapons. I have to wonder if marks are needed at all for Marauders - marks are expensive and Marauders are best played as expendable.

The Lore of TZ does well in 8th ed. Pandemonium received a big boost, treason is more effective against the large blocks of infantry that are so common now and even call to glory is marginally useful with all the Marauder foot units being played.
