On the right under the picture is a few bars, top one adds it as a picture and a link back to it so people can vote on it. Added the picture so people can see it.

I think it's alright. Not too fond of the redish on the soft armour, but the rest is good.

I agree with n0t_u about the red soft armor. The red eyes are a good contrast, but the red soft armor is distracting. I'd suggest replacing it with a light to medium grey.

The Ice Reavers

Origins -
The Ice Reavers are of Ultramarine gene stock, of an unknown founding. The numbers where dwindled when there home planet was attacked by an ork waaagh.
Recruitment -
The Reavers are recruited from the farmers on the icy planet Lokis, who farm the cold resistant plants that grow there. The marines are selected from those have displayed great intellect and adaptability.
Chapter Master -
Their Chapter Master’s name is Lukas Slayne, he was severely wounded by the ork attack and is bedridden because of these injuries. The acting leader is Second Company Captain Sergei Markus.
Specialty -
The Reavers are adept at defensive engagements, their strongholds commonly have various ways out, allowing forces to flank the enemy.
Traits -
The Reavers have no mutations in their gene seed. They have a meagre amount of librarian, those librarians that they do have are accompanied by a squad of veterans. The space marines are mainly albino, this is because the population of which they recruit are commonly albino.
Symbol -
Their symbol is a scythe in a drop of water.
(May be hard to do)
Colours -Enchanted Blue main armour, will mix to do shading and highlight.
Scaly Green trim, mix with goblin green for highlight?
Orange eyes, blazing orange, sunburst yellow etc..
Fortress grey soft armour, wash with badab black?

Not too sure if they still make Scaley Green so might have to find an alternative made by another company or something.

In the picture it just looks like Hawk Turquoise, though a bit darker.

Do you now anything similar to scaly green?

Might get a marine up in the holidays.

For a chapter called "Ice" reavers, would you consider a very light blue trim instead of the green? Then use grey for the soft armor sections?

I hadn't thought of that.

Closest I know of is Hawk Turquoise. Probably worth taking a look at stuff like Vallejo for a closer match.
