i was hoping you guys could point me in the direction of a good dipping guide?
i am starting skaven and expect it to be in the realm of a couple of hundred rats. i thought dipping would be the way to go.

BTW... i hate to paint so is this easier than a classic painting style?

As far as the painting itself, yes. You're doing single colour basecoats rather than a basecoat plus shading and highlighting. Once you've settled on a good spinning thingy, the hard part of dipping is done.
