The question is quite simple really if a space marine is both a psychic and adept with technology and alike who would the rain with the chapter as a librarian or as an adept of the mechanicum or both ?

As far as I know, the Adeptus Mechnicus does not use psykers directly. They use navigators of course, but not actually admech navigators so much as navigators aligned with the admech.

That question is complicated due to its uncomprehensibility.
