I have recently bought an Undead army from Mantic and sprayed the Skeltons and Ghouls with Army Painter Skeleton Bone and Necrotic Flesh.
To my amazement I have since found that there is no liquid paint of the same shade that Army Painter have for sale so that people can do touch ups or paint bits that were missed etc. This is a serious omission on Army painters part and a big mistake from me for not checking. I didn't think I'd need to check!

I am finding equivalents to be a bit problematic; ordering one paint which on the screen looks perfect to find it too light or too dark, too yellow etc.

I know that Vallejo do hundreds of colours so am wondering if anyone knows of equivalent colours to match the Army Painter Skeleton Bone and Necrotic Flesh?

If I am not in my room, is it still my room?

There is a paint range compatability chart:

Ordered twice now to find colours are nowhere near what the website sample displays.

Thank you for the link, although there are no references to Army Painter colours so without that I guess I am down to finding a local store that stocks every type of paint available and doing a swatch match.

If I am not in my room, is it still my room?

Colours displayed on a computer are never going to match the actual paints well.

Step 1) Get a small plastic cup.

Step 2) Spray paint into cup.*

Step 3) Apply paint with brush.

*Keep cup in a well ventilated area.

This is the vaguest way to do it, and not entirely right. Just spraying it into the cup doesn't work.

Best way to do it with a cup so that you can brush apply it is this:

Put some saran wrap(the clingy sandwich wrap stuff, whatever it's called where you live at) with a small hole cut into it to allow a drinking straw into the cup. Spray through the straw, and the spray will be the consistency of thinned down paint when you do it.

However:
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT APPLY BY WETTING DOWN THE BRUSH! It causes the paint to gunk up.

Its the method that has worked for me in the past when needing to use a color i only had in spray.

I don't doubt it'd work, but it's by far the least effective method to work with decanted spraypaint that I've found.
