I've always admired the orks, and i have a small army of them with a fair few conversions and such, but i want to play gorka morka with them i have the pdf down load of the gw site but need help with making a gang, I'm not realy sure what works, so if anyone has a tried and tested list i could start with that would be awesome.

Just go with whatever you want to try out. I wouldn't bother with any Bikes or a Slaver or Grots in a new gang though, you haven't got the teef to spend on them. A Nob, Mek and a mix of Boyz and Yoofs is a good mix of around 7-8 models. A Trukk is essential and a Trak is good in support too.
Don't underestimate the worth of including Yoofs in the gang, they are pretty weak characters to begin with but are cheap and will advance very quickly through the early stages of experience levels meaning you have access to a variety of useful skills and the possibility of producing a character quite strong in certain characteristics.

I could provide you with a layout, but I'm not really sure why you'd want that. There isn't really a "wrong" way to setup a standard Gorkamorka Ork mob.
Shooting is not very effective, so focusing too much on guns could cause problems to begin with (although as your mob's skills increase they'll get more deadly).
Traks are pretty good if your mob isn't too big to fit on one, bikes are alright but not so good if you're just starting out.
If you've got any questions about what might make a good starting mob, feel free to ask, but as it's supposed to be your mob, not someone else's, it makes far more sense to choose your own setup.

Thanks, i'm just a little lost with what would be a good starting mob, so i'll try to go with a trukk and lot's of close combat weapons, see with what i can do with that.

It really depends more on what you think will be fun. GoMo isn't about winning at all costs or min-maxing, the system doesn't support it very well. If you want to win at all costs then a mob full of boyz with two choppas each will statistically make you the winner every time, but it's not very fun and one quickly runs out of willing opponents that way.
Here's an article from WD about starting a mob.
Here's an article I wrote about starting a mob.

okay so I think i have something,
A trukk with a big shoota driven by my spanner and a boy gunner.
A nob with a choppa, slugga, shoota, flak armour.
Spanner with a choppa, slugga, shoota, flak armour.
A boy with a choppa, slugga, shoota, flak armour.
Another boy with a frag stikbomb, slugga, shoota, flak armour.
A yoof with a six shoota and a bow.
Another yoof with a slugga, choppa and a blunderbuss.
To me i just don't now if i should drop say the yoofs and get another vechile or just go with what i got, i think they will be gorkers as they at the moment i don't think i will be to vechile orentated.

Is there any reason you've given some of your boys both sluggas and shootas?

Yeah, drop the extra guns and buy a kannon or two. Kannons pack a fair punch, give one to the Nob.

Okay so no doubling up guns, i will fix that and add another boy or two with a kannon and maybe another yoof, i thought maybe giving them both a slugga and shoota would mean they could switch and shoot with a stronger gun at range, but i will fix it.
I have already started making the mob to an extent, have started painting the spanner, but none of the others are asembled.

You can double up on guns, but for some it makes more sense than others. Doubling up on six-shootas for example means you can fire every turn with a sustained fire dice, which is pretty good. Sluggas and shootas are fairly similar though, the latter just has a little more range (+6"). They're both the same strength. A slugga and a kannon might make sense, although I'd still probably not bother.
If you've got a gunner with an 'Eavy Shoota, a backup weapon isn't a terrible investment - they usually run out of ammo quite easily due to having two sustained fire dice. One of my mobs overcomes this by purchasing the Loadsa Ammo gubbin.
I also rarely bother with armour for most of my lads. Flak armour would be worthwhile if you're facing people using scorchas, burnas, fusils, and frag stikkbombz/grenades. If those are rarely used, it's not worth it.

I sculpted my own which I cast in resin (you can see them here and painted here) and I'm seeing about sculpting some more (and improving the designs). At the moment I'm in contact with Ramshackle Games to see if they can be cast professionally and made available on their store.
In the meantime, I've made them from plastic tubing, shoota/slugga parts, and wire. They're relatively easy to build with a bit of practice. If you need more six-shootas they can also be relatively easy to make - here's some I put together with sluggas as a basis.
By the way, sorry for all the links to tUGS, I'm feely pretty spammy, but pretty much all the stuff I do related to GoMo gets documented there (rather than my personal blog), so it's a little unavoidable.

Okay after revising my list i droped some armour here and there and added more boys,
I now have,
Nob, choppa, kannon and flak armour.
Spanner with slugga and choppa.
Boy with a shoota,
Boy with frag stikbombs, a slugga, and a choppa.
Boy, with slugga, choppa and shoota.
Boy with slugga and choppa.
Yoof, 2 six shooters.
Yoof, 2 choppas.
And a trukk with an Evy Shoota.
I've already made one yoof and a boy, and there are two more boys ready for painting, i would share some pics but my camera is crap and i can't get decent photos with it, but oh well, what do you think of this list.
plus how many boys can you fit in a trukk, is there any mention in the rules anywhere of size and capacity, or do you just make it big enough.

That list sounds like a pretty decent Gorker mob to me!
You can fit however many will fit on the model. Some people have a house rule on how many, but there isn't an official rule.

The rules just say you need to be able to fit all your guys on your vehicles.
