With the new rules for 8th there is no more unit strength rules. in My codex it states you fear them if you don't out number them 2 to 1 based on unit strength. So with that being said do we now go off of model count? The FAQ doesn't address these parts So what do you all think? thanks guy.

My understanding was that it was a simple model count now. So you're looking to see if you have twice as many models to avoid fearing Elves...

Yea the sole measure for the streinght of the unit in 8th, is the number of models in it.
