Okay....

So the "book of salvation" that ezekiel carries states,

**All units within 12" of Ezekiel are fearless**

Do this negate "And They Shall Know No Fear" and make them fearless instead?

Also it says ALL units with 12". im assuming this means Ally and Foe alike.

I'm not sure on the first one, but I don't see how "and they shall know no fear" will be of use for a fearless unit.
And it doesn't affect enemies, it has to mention enemies in some manner to affect them. (I.e. friend and foe or some variant.)

They have both rules, but ATSKNF will never kick in since they will never be able to Fail a morale check and be caught in a Sweeping Advance.

As for affecting enemy units, no, it doesn't.

Oscarius is correct on both counts. It doesn't specifically negate ATSKNF, but then again, Fearless units will never have to use ATSKNF. And yeah, it needs to specifically say "friend and foe" for it to affect both. Any general "all units" qualifier means "all units in your army."

okay i understand but it says anything within 12" becomes fearless.

we know that fearless units take saves for what they fail there test by and models with ATSKNF do not. so since it doesnt state it replaces ATSKNF do they become fearless or not?

They become fearless and have ATSNF, but they can never make use of the second one because they pass all ld-tests.

I.e. They become fearless.

It doesn't have to replace ATSKNF.

ATSKNF only triggers when you are caught in a Sweeping Advance. For that to happen, you must have failed a morale check. If you are Fearless, you cannot ever fail a morale check.

im really confused.

fearless units can fail morale checks, but instead of running they take armour saves right?

so do i take the armour saves or un and reform with ATSKNF?

No. They take Armour saves and auto-pass the morale check.
