Looks solid.

I would give the BSB a Ward save over Armor of Darkness if you can afford one.

For the Dragon Lord I would consider giving him a ward save against everything (not just flaming attacks). I would also go with the Ogre Blade as hitting at a high strength is more important that the extra attacks. (Remember the Dragon Lord won't break units on his own).

Finally I think the Crossbows should have a banner in them as well.
