Quick question I had if someone could get this answer for me before this evening:
How tall is a High Elf Spearelf model (from bottom of base to top of spear) if the model is holding the spear straight up?
Thanks in advance.

In inches, millimeters, what? I don't have one around at the moment, but I can tell you they're a bit smaller than the Island of Blood Sea Guard models.

Inches if possible, though millimeters would be fine too. Trying to figure out foam purchases for my model case and I know my head's not gonna stop bugging me about this until I figure it out -____-.

on average 2 3/8''.
Standard spear is 2 7/8" although if straight up it'd hit 3"

Word. Though now I'm a bit confused as to why SABOL doesn't have 3.5" foam. Lamesauce.

lay them down instead? I see where you are going with it but I think you'll fit more in 1" trays than you would a 3.5". 3" may work though.

Well, I have 2 1" trays with them laying down, but currently only fitting ~20 in each tray. My army list calls for 60 guys, so either way, it'd be about the same amount of foam. Keeping in mind that I'd have to account for their movement tray in their height.

2x 30.
Been magnetizing my stuff for quicker/easier movement/storage lately and with the (relatively) recent ruleset, had to make adjustments to my Spear blocks.

As it turns out, excepting the Standard Bearer, all the spear elves (including movement tray) are ~1/4" shy of 3". Huzzah.

good to hear! I'm in need of some magnetizing myself, although mine are all on custom resin bases that I need to bore out for magnets.

Sheet magnets work just great for plastic models. You can get a 1'x3' roll of it (one side adhesive no less!) for not too much at Michael's.
