So I'm working on conversions for Battlewagons. I'm not super keen on the models Games Workshop supplies - I'd rather convert a Landraider or Leman Russ, and build up to make that orky tower of death.

The problem is, I want to make sure it's roughly as tall as a normal Battlewagon, otherwise people who don't know 'bout Ork bidness will put up a big stink about it. Does anyone have a quick measurement on how tall it is? Thanks!

the hull is about 3 inches tall, 5 with the turret on top. It's also about 5.5 inches long and 3 inches wide

Thanks! Only 5" tall with that big spire on it? That's not very high at all.

That's around 30 feet tall.

Imagine a semi trailer made 50% wider. Add a 10ft tall turret to the top. Still not quite as big as a battlewagon.
