Firstly sorry if its in the incorrect area and if i incorrectly word it.
secondly on to my actual question can the imperial armor books that are relevant to the space marines be used by any chapter such as blood angel i don't know if it said it in the books or not but i cant afford to discover i cant use them.

If the vehicle is common to all chapters then yes, you can use the rules in the IA books. If the vehicle is specific to a chapter, like for example the Baal is a BA pred, then only that chapter can use it. Also, some vehicles are labelled as specifically for A, B and C chapters only.

There is no specific "blood angels" book, so Imperial Armour Volume: 2 has the marine and navy forces, from memory, and then you have various unts appearing in books like IA5, 6, 7, and soon 9.

Generally the IA books arent so much for the rules as the cool pics...

Every unit in the book list explicitly which codexes it can be use with.

When it comes to Imperial Armour, It all depends on what your opponent will allow. If your have the model and rules, and your opponent says is fine.. then game on.

However most tourney's don't allow anything from Imperial Armour.
