I wasn't really sure what to do with the last 130 points in the list, so I added in the Walker/Vyper Squads and the double avenger catapults for the DA exarchs. Any tips for those last points would be greatly appreciated. I was also thinking getting a farseer w/ doom, guide, stones, and witnessing, sticking it with an avenger squad, for those last 130.

to be honest I don't like your HQ. Everything else looks pretty standard, although I might downgrade your dragon wagon to just a tl shuri cannon to keep things cheap. you are sinking an obscene amount of points into a squad which has insanely short range, and 1 attack per model in close combat. Not only that, but you didn't even bring any destructors. Seer councils, due to their high survivability, and low damage output need to be taken in squads of at least 7 (an exception to this is small squads armed with destructor- which serve a role of dropping heavy flamer death on their enemies, although you'd be better off taking storm guardians for templating goodness.) You don't even have fortune to keep those invulnerables re rolling, which basically means the entire squad is going to fall flat on its face if so much as a slight breeze drafts bye it. Either run a proper council- fortune seer, 7-10 warlocks mostly with witch blades, and a few powers sprinkled in, or leave the models in the box. Even then I'm skeptical of non bike councils, due to their dependence on a wave serpent with SHOOT ME painted on the side for any kind of mobility. You would be better served with a squad of 10 storm guardians with 2 flamers and a warlock with destructor than that council, and they are scoring to boot.

I agree with akaean for the above posted reasons
I also would vote in favor of Warwalkers over vypers any day I always run 3 with scatter lasers in any list I play and they never disappoint they really need the 36" on the scatter laser though this keeps them out of harms way better and also give the possibility of putting them in cover with a good vantage point and have them blast away
a trick I use is to position a wave serpent or other tank that had moved flat out in front of my 3 walkers if done carefully the walkers are able to shoot over the tank and the tank gives them a cover save and the tank has a cover save from moving flat out

I run warwalkers slightly differently. I take a pack of 2 or 3 with shuri cannons and outflank them. From there I come in on the enemy flank, shoot at rear armor, and charge fire support squads. The beauty of this is that 40 points a walker is a great deal, and with outflank, you don't need the gun range as badly.

My critiques:
1) Fix your HQ as above posters point out. Singing Spear is, unfortunately, a major downgrade. By taking it, you deprive yourself of your pistol shot and 1 extra attack in each round of combat in exchange for a single shot each that is about equivalent to your CC attack.
2) Fire Dragons already have all the anti-tank you need in that unit. I'd change the WS to be able to put out lots of firepower. Scatter Laser it up!
3) Does anyone ever take Vypers? I always go War Walker, and even if I have points to dump, there's quite a few options better than Vypers. I'd also try to free some points up to change them to Scatter Lasers.
