isn't it better that you make a squad of assault termies of 7 men and normal termies of 6 man?
then get the libririan with the assault termies and cassius with the normal... and if you remove all HK fro youre rhino's you can add a extra termie for youre normal squad...

This is one of those lists that I'd acutally have to play to comment on. While there is nothing that I can see wrong with the list. I can't say how effective it would be with any amount of certanty.

I'd say over all it is pretty good. I'd presonally drop the tacical terminators for another Terminator assault squad for duel deathstar, one running with the libby the other running with Cassius.

I'm not a huge fan of HK missiles unless you absolutely spam them and even then I'm still not convinced. But given a lack of ranged AT in the list they will probably work well for you.

Dropping the Terminators down to 5 man each with character and the HK missiles gives you enough points to get 2 Landspeeder Typhhons for great ranged AT. THat way you still get you 4 krak shots but each turn rather than just once...
