I hear this thrown around a lot, but what exactly does it mean? What makes a unit of terminators worthy of such a title?

It's a portmanteau of Terminators and Suicide. It's a minimum-sized unit of Chaos Terminators armed with Combi-Meltas. The idea is that 105pts and an Elite slot for a T2 tank-kill is worth it, because after the drop you'll have a squad of three Terminators armed with Bolters and Power Weapons.

What's a good word to describe A unit of terminator champions with LCs and IOK?

I'm getting sick of writing that. It needs a word. 4 attacks deserves a word.

I'd call it a unit of Chaos Terminators consisting of a unit of Terminator Champions equipped with pairs of Lightening Claws and an Icon of Khorne. If you don't like writing it out, copy-paste it out of a notepad file kept on hand for this sort of thing.

I'm actually getting a bunch of LCI-OK Champinators from a fellow dakka member. I have to make the 5th guy myself though.

Where's a good place to get combi-melta bits? I've given up on making them. I've destroyed like 4 meltaguns trying to make a good combi. The Chaos lord kit has one...But that's a lot of money...

Take a Melta Gun, shave it on one side, to the same with a bolter on the the opposite side. Press them together, modifiy the grip. Maybe use some plasticard to build up the housing.

In the Terminator box you get a combiflamer and a combimelta. just cut off the flamer barrel and put a melta barrel on. Nobody will know the difference.

In fact, they'll probably think you're cooler that way. Also, there is a word, Samus: kickass.
