Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

If I'm reading this right, you have 2 BSB which is not allowed. Also may want to consider normal goblin characters. That +1 ld can really save your skin sometimes. Last, shift 1 fanatic from each spearmen block into the archers

Thanks for the input. Only 1 BSB, there is a Magic Banner as well. I like the idea of doing night goblins only, I sould even convert spear chukkas to night goblin models. To overcome the leadership factor I added the BSB could I also add Rowdy Grott's Big Red Raggedy Banner and re-roll failed panic test if failed twice? Once for the initial a 2nd for the BSB and a 3rd for Rowdy Grott's? I also thought about dumping the Spear Chukkas and adding in Spider Riders to handle any magic threats/warmachines. If Magic is a threat I could just stick the Shaman with the Staff of Sneaky Steal to make him better for dispels.

IIRC you can only get a magic banner via a BSB or if a unit says it can have a magic banner. Thus the Spider Banner can only be on the BSB. For the raggedy banner, I think the universal rule for rerolls is you cant reroll a reroll

Well actually you could do that, you can just spend the 50 pts for magic gear on a banner, and then make another a bsb.

Still cant do that. Only one BSB per army and only the BSB can have a magic banner in this case since goblin units cannot take magic banners.
Also now that I think about it I think dropping the spears may not be a bad idea. You can get more goblins that way and they'll be more survivable in the front (at WS2 they wont do too much more with spears)

He's right in the rulebook page 175 of the minibook under Magic Standards:
"Some units are allowed to carry magic banners, as detailed in their army list entry (ie. Black Orks and Ogre Iron Guts can carry a Magic Standard per the book). A Magic Standard can only be carried by a standard bearer as showen in the army list in the relevant Warhammer Armies Book. The only character permited to carry a Magic Standard is the army's Battle Standard Bearer.
So that's settled, any thoughts on the 2nd list I posted?
