Mercer and Akaean pretty much covered everything, but to throw in my 2 cents:

Farseer: Doom, Eldrich storm, Spirit stones, Mind War
Eldrich Storm is worthless. I'd drop that and Mind War and add Guide. You may consider changing this out for Eldrad. An additional power is pretty nice.

Farseer: Fortune, Sining Spear, Mind War
Drop Mind War, especially if you're taking a Spear. No need to have 3 shooting attacks available to him. You should find some way to add Runes of Warding to this.

Warlocks 5: Spirit Seer, Destructor x3, Enhance
Spirit Seer is a waste. You can keep the Wraithlord within 6" of a phyker and even if you don't, there's only a 1/6 chance he'll be useless for a turn. As others have said, you need to either put these on jetbikes (and a bike for their Farseer) or in a
WS. Consider taking more of them, sprinkle around a spear or two, and take Embolden.
Eldar1995 wrote:
Fire Dragons 6 Exarch w/ firepike and tank hunters
This is overkill. The firepike isn't needed (you have 5 other melta weapons in the squad) and tank hunters is a waste of points. You already have a 50% chance of killing a vehicle per hit (assuming penetrating), no need to increase that further. I'd consider dropping the Exarch entirely, a squad of 5 Dragons should be enough to take out a tank reliably.

Falcon w/ scatter laser, spirit stones, hol fields
I prefer a
WS for the Dragons, but Falcon can work too. I also prefer a Brightlance on the Falcon, so all of it's shots can be anti-tank rather than limited to armor 11ish.

Howling banshees 10; Exarch w/ executioner and warshout; Wave Serpant w/ tl missile launcher and spirit stones
I'm not a fan of Banshees, they tend to do well against
MeQ, but I've found Scorpions are better against anything else. Other's thoughts?
Also, Warshout isn't needed. It's only at it's best against WS4 or better squads with low leadership and there aren't many of those. If you have extra points, take it, but I wouldn't if you have something else.
Eldar1995 wrote:
Gardians w/ Missile launcher 10; Warlock w/ enhance, destructor
I like Defender Guardians but not many others do. This is how I recommend taking them, but you have to drop enhance. A warlock can only have 1 power.

Dire Avengers 10 Exarch w/ power weapon and simmer shield, defend Wave Serpant w/ tl Scatter lasers, spirit stones
Solid choice. You'll get a lot of use out of them. But, change the exarch to dual-catapults and bladestorm. Avengers need to shoot down an enemy, not assault it down.

2x Rangers 5 Pathfinders
These can be handy with just sitting on an objective in cover and shooting what they can. Be careful not to infiltrate them too far. They can get wiped out in
CC pretty easily. You may want to drop to 1 squad if you need the points.

Wraithlord w/ wraith sword and bright lance
Ah, the Wraithlord. I love this guy. However, I don't know how well he'll fit into the rest of your army. You're leaning heavily mobile and he's going to be left behind by everyone else and unlikely to get into assaults to take advantage of his sword. Try him out, but be prepared to drop him if needed.
Eldar1995 wrote:
War walker w/ bright lance and shuriken cannon
War walker w/ star cannon and scatter laser
As already said, take all of the same weapon. Also, try and bump them up to 3 if you can. Think about if you'll be outflanking with them or not and how you'll want to use them on the field.
Overall, I like your army. You've got some good choices here, but it could stand to be optimized. I'd recommend playtesting a game or two before you buy everything using 2x Fire Prism in place of the Falcon and Wraithlord. They're pretty popular right now, and for good reason.
