It would be helpful if you would post in the title of your thread the type of army you want advice on.

Anyone who has no knowledge of Eldar will not be able to help you with your questions.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

You should also post how many models each squad has. I'm not going to sit here and do the math to figure it out

My first recommendation is to change your list around some, drop some worthless stuff, take different powers, WS, etc. But, that's more of an army list discussion

For your current list, without any mech, you're going to have to start everything on the board except the Scorpions (who should be outflanking). Keep your Farseer hidden in a Banshee squad, but switch him to wherever you need. Use your DA to block incoming fire, and close distance to your opponent as quickly as you can!

The Banshees and the Wraithlord will have a hard time getting into CC that doesn't want to tangle. Try and use them together to outmaneuver a squad and force it into CC with one or the other.

The Dragons will probably be dead long before they get in melta range. Maximize their survivability by keeping DA in front, and keeping Fortune on them. Your only backups for anti-vehicle is the Wraithlord and the Farseer. They'll have a hard time ever getting close enough to a tank to assault it, so you'll end up relying on the EML and Singing Spear to take stuff out. One str 8 attack and one str 9 attack a turn is going to mean you won't be able to handle much.

Expect a mech army to mop the floor with you, but you should be pretty well against a horde army of Ork or Guard or Guardian Eldar.
