This is my very first army list ever. So, be nice . I chose Orks because they looked like the most fun to play and paint and their hilarious. The army list I made goes something like this...

I'd drop the bikers. 3 of them would do little. get some grots, kans, or a dread with those points. I'd swap the poll and the armor on the warboss for cybork. Dont forget that for every warboss you have, 1 nob unit is a troop so they will be able to score. I might also loose their trukk seeing its the only thing that enemy anti armor would shoot at. Get rid of all the boss polls except for one in their unit. Doesnt make since to have them all on there unless you want to abuse the wound magical chairs and even then some nobz have identical equipment. with points saved from polls and trukk you can get a painboy with cybork upgrades. very useful. Maybe you'll have enough points leftover for another klaw or some big choppas

It looks as though you are trying to use models primarily from assualt on black reach. This is fine. But for 1000 points..

Nob squads (btw yours are a troops choice since you have a warboss) are quite expensive for 1000 points. I would take these out for more armor.. like kanz or dread or battlewagon. or possibly another warboss on a bike to run with your bikers. they dont have enough numbers to be viable really!!

Rokkit launchers in slugga boy squads are no good! You should be running in the shooting phase, not trying to shoot 3 rokkits and only hitting with one if you lucky! Take them out!

Well he never actually said they were sluggas. Just boyz. Besides for foot mobs I'd say shootas are the better weapon

Since it nearly 450pts even without the Runts. I only plan on using 5-6 w/ pain boy on 1500+ games, and the whole uint on 2000+ even then a 1/4 of my points in 1 unit seem risky. Ofcourse they should wreck anything they get a assualt on.

Each box of Boyz comes w/ 1 Nob (or if you get Battleforce box 2 Nobz), it dose mean you only get 9 out of 10 Boyz if you make Nobz. You should have enough extra to make each Nob in the unit different. So you only need one Bosspole in it, doto the one reroll rule.

Actually about the boyz, you should get enough bodies for 10 boyz AND a nob iirc so 11 guys per box
