What happens to units that are below half strength, not in coherency or if there are enemies within 6"? I know they are not allowed to regroup but are they still allowed to participate in battle? Please clarify this for me!

If you cannot regroup, you continue to Fall Back.

Troops that fall back can still shoot (but count as moving) and cannot launch an assault.

Thanks. But if they choose to shoot does this mean that they are not able to move nor assault in their upcoming turn?

You always move. If you then can fire in the shooting phase you can choose to. You can never assault with fleeing troops.

If I use -><- I'm not mocking you, it's a reflex from using the " silly" icon on every other forum.
However, if I use this -><- I might just mock you.

which gets even weirder, seeing how you americans tend to use [the F-word] more often in various meanings than a smurf would use "smurf".

Nearly a quote except the censorship.

You see if they regroup when you come to move the unit. If they cannot regroup they IMMEDIATELY make a fall back move.

IF they can still fire weapons, e.g. they dont have heavy weapons, then they can shoot normally - but having moved (the fall back move) this menas they are not stationary for e.g. rapid fire weapons.

You cannot assault if you are falling back, clearly written in the rulebook
