I am just seeing an ocean of them online and have no idea what to pick. I know I don't want something thin, and easy to write on. Do you guys have any recommendations?

The next one of you that posts about Wraiths being I2 and ignores the whip coils mentioned 2000 times a week, and I am going to devote the rest of my life to becoming an ancient space god to trick and enslave a race, and turn them into soulless T-100s to rid the entire universe of life. At that point it will have been worth it.

I find penny sleeves to be fine, they protect the card while you write on it and if they start showing wear just throw them out and get some more.

I find penny sleeves work only okay, your cards can still get worn through the thin plastic. The card also slides around more. Not to mention certain markers have a hard time marking on them.

Instead, I just go one step up and go for the clear pro protectors. Nothing really fancy to it.

I used to use wet erase markers, and had to get the matte front sleeves, but after switching to dry erase, any decent clear sleeve will do.

Go with page protectors like these on Amazon. With those you keep your cards protected and organized at the same time. Playing is easy and you don't have to hassle with individual cards.

How about laminating them Nightsbane? You'll add protection and strength I'd have thought, unless anyone can tell me why this isn't a good idea ( I plan to use this on my cards you see).

No trees were hurt in the making of this sig, however many electrons were disturbed.

You could laminate them, but that tends to get expensive pretty quickly. It also doesn't lend itself to organization as well as a good 4-card binder does.

I use clear Dragonshields. http://arcanetinmen.com/?id=64

They are durable and don't flex much.

I use standard ultrapro clear plastic sleeves, swap them out when they get ratty and wipe the sleeves clean when the model is destroyed. Plus i have a tonne of them from my card playing days.

I also use the ultrapro clear plastic sleeves.

I tried sheets of 9 cards, but found those not convenient when playing. the size is prohibitive IMHO. That is why I stick to the clear plastic sleeves

I actually picked up this laminator from Amazon and it works well enough for everything I need, and it's only $34. I used it to laminate all of my Malifaux stat cards already. I've been using it to laminate reference sheets and whatever else as well. Very worthwhile purchase I think.

I like penny sleeves, because the cards don't move around. I also use card folders for my two smaller armies.
