Just a fast question. If i choose to use a wizard hat on my Lich priest for tomb kings, May he still use his 1 incantation that he comes with, or Is his magic taken over by the wizard hat and i must use it's random spells. i.e May a lich priest have both his normal spells and the random wizard hat spell or only the wizard hat IF it is equipped? Thank you for any help given.

Incantation /= SPells. Nothing indicates you lose either when tking the Hat, so you get to both cast random spells AND you can Incant.

nosferatu is right, I think, but there's a problem with your idea.

Liche Priests cant have the wizard hat because they dont have enough points allowed for magic items to buy it. You would need to have a High Liche Priest or Tomb King. I also doubt you would make your high liche wear the hat because of the risk of Irresistible Force on what is probably your hierophant. I think a Tomb King might make a good choice, though.

Points doesn't really matter. Min cost of a King with the hat is 270 and with the High Priest its 345. Both are expensive but if you're determined to have them they easily fit into a 1500 points game.

Well, it does - as you could have multiple High Lich, one with a hat. Or multiple kings, but would need about a 3K game...

Well yeh if you wanted multiple Lords then of course you'd need a larger points limit. Going slightly off topic though.
