It's that time again! Club Snake Eyes, The Tou Soldier Gallery and Ligonier Valley Public Library bring you a 1000k per person 3 round random team doubles 40K tournament on Saturday October 16th.

As always the price is right, that's right FREE.

There will be at least 150$ of prize support (possibly more) available.

We will have ringer forces on site so every table will be filled and no one will sit for byes. Come on down and have some fun 40K style! There will be trophies as usual.

Time will be 10am sign in until 4:30 final dice down and clean-up. Last person out the door will be no later then 5pm.

Any legal army from any current codex is welcome. Wysiwig will be enforced and models must be GW or forgeworld. No Imperial armour rules will be used. Painting is optional but there may be a painting award handed out and it could be used in a tie breaker situation (if all other options are tied battle wise).

Any questions?

Ligonier is conveniently located between Altoona and Greensburg within easy driving distance of Pittsburgh, Blairsville, and Johnstown.
The last tournament in Ligonier had 30 people. If we can draw a couple more the prize support for these events will go up even higher. As Daytona said, the event is free and promises to be a good time. Check out http://www.snakeyesgaming.blogspot.com/ for more details.

The doubles tournament is this coming Saturday. Snake Eyes Gaming has GW prize support to award, trophies already made to hand out, and a GW Games Day Chaos Sorcerer model to give away as well. There may be more (and usually is) but we guarantee at least these prizes. Hope to see you at the Ligonier Valley Library at 10:30 am Saturday morning!

If you have never played in a random doubles tournament, now's the time. The Ligonier tournament has been our premiere tournament to date and has drawn the biggest crowd. You know you can't beat the price. If you are in Western PA and want to come and have no idea where it is, drop us a line at our blog. If you have never been to one of our events, come out, have fun and meet a lot of new people. The library is great for support and have been happy to have us there. The tournaments in LIgonier are a great time to meet new friends an have good time. We have no painting requirement so assemble some models, come out meet new people and have a great time. Also, look for us to demo a game or two at the upcoming games day at the Ligonier library to celebrate national games day. If you can't make it to this tournament, check out the blog and come to another one or come to the Ligonier Games Day to learn about other games.

Double Down in Ligonier was today.
The tournament was a blast we has over 30 participants and everyone seemed to have a good time. There are no solid plans as to when the next event in Ligonier will be but stay tuned because we should be adding new event dates within the next 2 weeks.
Thanks to the Toy Soldier Gallery, the Ligonier Valley Library, and all of the participants in today's event. Double Down in Ligonier will be featured in an upcoming issue of the Ligonier Echo, Ligonier's Daily Newspaper!
A full event wrap up will shortly be available at http://www.snakeyesgaming.blogspot.com/.
