Just because I know I'd be getting this match-up a lot in my local meta, I've been mathhammering out the match-ups, and it seems like the Space Wolves would just end up destroying an all-jumper BA list. Am I missing something?

honor guard with 4 plasma guns

or a death company dread assaulting out of a storm raven

or a furioso librarian

thunderhammers in assualt squads

these could help combat TWC

Of them all - Im thinking Assault squads with thunderhammers and Librarians in any form with Sanguine Sword are the best options.

...not really. Two of those aren't really DoA units. Thunderhammers on Assault Marines ain't any better than a Thunderhammer with Vanguard, who don't do all that well against TWC despite getting the charge, which the ASMs are almost guaranteed not to due to lack of HI.

Plasma HG seems like the best option, but my HG are currently fitted for melta duty, and losing that much anti-tank could also hurt.

Dante might throw you out some more options. Dante allows you to palm off sanguinary guard as troop choices. SO... you could take up to 6 sanguinary guard squads, all as scoring units (IIRC), without using up any elite slots.

Since all Sanguinary guard can be kitted out with infurnus pistols, I wouldn't worry too much about giving your HG plasma.

Sanguinary guard joined to Dante don't scatter on DS, so you can just plant them next to any tank you like and it's dead. Even if they get assaulted Dante gives them the Hit and Run special rule, so they can just fly off and go pop another tank. Much more effective than melta HG.

I dunno how SG would fair against TWC. The Angelus boltgun is assault 2, so a bunch of SG could rattle off a fair few shots, and they can take plasma pistols (not plasma guns unfortunately). They also have the master crafted power weapon, 2+ save, and can benefit from the chapter banner. And FNP if you trow in a Sanguinary Priest (which you can if you are buying SG from your troop slots). Pretty solid units, I would rate them above terminators just for maneuverability.

EDIT: Also Death Masks... Can give them an edge over other units on assault. I can't remember if TWC are fearless or what not? Though if not failing any morale test could see them disappearing pretty quickly off the table edge.

A painless alternative would be to add ammonia to bleach in a confined space listening to sad songs and reading a C.S. Goto novel.

Sanguinary Guard as troops is an option.
But look into the blog of StJohn providing some insight into playing these units.
