The dawn broke over the world of Gryphonne IV, and we slowly began our advance into the city of Xiaphen. We knew the humans that were called "The Emperor's Angels" would come soon, but until we knew their position, there was nothing but to prepare for everything. But nothing prepared us for this. Just as the sun crested the horizon, they came over the ridge, and I swear each one of them had a pair of wings on their back. The Guardsmen came from the front, while their gunships flew overhead, firing Lascannons left and right against our own vehicles. Just as we committed to forming a strategy against the enemy in front of us, the women known as the "Adeptus Sororitas" closed on our flanks, and we made as hasty a retreat as we could. Had we not run at that moment, every one of us would have been cut down in their pincer attack.

Hello DakkaDakka! I am TheRedArmy, and I have at last joined the fight! I have only visited the site a few times, and for specific reasons, but I believe the time has come to contribute to the forums as well. I am a Warhammer 40K player, and I also play multiple strategy-based video games, and I am a new fencer as well (about 7 months). I live in the good 'ol United States of America, and I am quite patriotic. I am 21, and I am currently working to earn up money for further schooling.

My Warhammer 40K career includes me first learning the game with the Tau (where I got spoiled on S10 AP1 weapons ), then to a single game with Necrons before I found the Sisters of Battle, and fell in love with them. After quite a few games with them, I switched to Guard, where most of my success has been. I have only recently switched to Tyranids, including buying my first models - The Tyranid Battleforce from GW.

Anyway, I hope to become a helpful member of the site, and expect to receive tons of advice as well.
