So while procrastinating instead of doing any study for my upcoming exams, I searched for BT successpr chapters...and I didn't find any in the fluff. I did find some homemade successors but thats it.
So Don't they officially have any successors atm or what?

White Templars, possibly. Not sure though, and don't quote me on that. Try the Lexicanum. Sorry I wasn't more help.

According to Lexicanum they are a codex space marine chapter, but they do look interesting though.

They should not have successor chapters, as they are successors, themselves. There is a rumor that the Red Templars are an off-shoot, but it is not confirmed, as this chapter is featured in the vanilla Codex.

By this logic, then crimson fists shouldn't have a successor chapter but they do: The Crimson Guard. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Crimson_Guard
Or the Exorcists, their founding chapter is the GK. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Exorcists
to many chapters founders are unknown to us.
There is about 700 SM chapters that haven't been named in the fluff. You can't tell me that every single chapter is a direct desendent of the orginal loyalist chapters.

Black Templars don't have successors, for one thing they're relationship with the High Lords and Inquisition is rocky enough for them to be looked over when determining the gene source for a new chapter.
The closest to successors are the various crusades, supposedly if there's a split in any of the crusades then new off-shoot crusade forms of the Black Templars, retaining all the old Heraldry of the chapter, but with their own crusader markings and title.

Technically, successor chapters can have their own successors, but it is not usually recorded as such. Geneseed is culled from all chapters, but is stored in accordance to their lineage. All Ultramarine successor chapter geneseed will (is proven to be pure) be kept together, and chapters created from any of this geneseed will be listed as Ultramarines successor chapters. The Ultramarines alone could not produce enough geneseed to replace their own losses as well as provide the genetic material for 80% of the known space marine chapters; it is necessary that the tithes from their successors are used too.
As an example from this, the latest Imperial Armour Book; the Badab War Part 1, lists the parent chapter of the Marines Errant (if memory serves) as 'Ultramarines (Hawk Lords)'. It mentions that it is very unusual for a successor chapter to be explicitly named as the parent of a new chapter, and that the events that lead to the honour of the Hawk Lords being named as parent have been lost.

Lexicanum states that the Crimson Guard is a sucesssor to the Crimson Fists, but I'd like some more data there. Everything else about them seems to be unknown, and I can't help but feel that someone gave them that lineage because both chapters start with the word "Crimson."
I'd also like to point out that Grey Knights aren't exactly a successor to anyone. While not one of the First Founding legions, neither do they have geneseed from any known source, certainly not from aany of the 18 known Primarchs.

Yeah, your proberly right there, we just don't know enough about so many chapters, I swear like 80% of the chapters on the list on Lexicanum are pretty much unknown.
Hopefully GW will one day get arround to telling us what happened with the GK, hopefully when the new codex come out we will know more about their founding.
There is just so much of a gap in our information about 40k

GK founders were likely a Deathguard Captain Nathaniel Garro and a Veteran Sergeant of the Lunar Wolves whose name escapes me right now. Flight of the Eisenstein suggests this, so the primarchs of the GK are Mortarion and Horus...
