Like the title say will we see more advanced marks in the near future? or see the same boring 3 marks for termies and 8 for PA?...and also i feel the weapons loadout for termies are kinda lacking...maybe more options for heavy shooty termies?

Most likely not, the fluff says that the knowledge needed to make new terminator armor has been lost. This is also true for normal power armor though to a somewhat lesser degree.

Armor does not change that often. Having Mk I - VIII already should be enough.
Terminator Armor got 'enlarged' when GW moved from small bases (25) to medium (40) and IMO the first pre-heresy TDA, actual sets of TDA and GK TDA
show some difference so why do we need more 'Mk' ? Additional stuff to personalize is available ( GW, FW, third party co...).

Just for the record: Neither Power-Armor/Artificer Armor nor Tactical dreadnought Armor ( termie ) is OOP.
Power armor is replaced regularly and artificer just takes more time to make. Termie armor is maybe not easy to produce but not impossible to.
