Can i honestly say that this is a terrible idea?

S.Sorceress - Ring of Hotek still works on our casters as well. So why put in on your most powerful character? Dark Peg, lvl 4, Pendent, Focus Familiar, Lifetaker (then pick a lore) is what most people use if you want a flying lvl 4.
Sorceress - why do you want a stupid sorceress? She is only ld 8 so when she fails she can't cast even worse is if she miscasts she will be taking expensive CoK with her. I would leave her on foot and put her in one of the RxB units.

RxB - really only need Standard and Musicians, also 14 is too small for a banner, they won't last when CC happens. Try to get them to 20 and give them shields (banner and musician).
Corsairs - are decent in this edition but I find that spears work just as well, and are cheaper.

CoK - 10 is a good number if you want to put a BSB and some combat character in there (to deathsart them) or if you have a CoB to back them up. I would scrap them unless you add one or two of those things.

Hydra - Good

Yes you can honestly say that this is a bad idea, lol, i play tested this and did find a lot of the flaws that you pointed out last night. i asked for honesty. lol, yes single flying SS didnt do that well and stupid didnt like me. so the SS will be on a pegasus and the other will be on foot. i unfortanly only have 28 crossbow men, so the two 14 units was the best i could manage. i might get another box to fill up the rest of the spots. and i will probably add a Cold one BSB to ride along side.
