Bigger Image

Nyss hex hunters are blighted sorcerers who have forsaken the greater arcane mysteries to focus purely on the destructive aspects of magic. A unit of Nyss hex hunters can unleash hellish bolts of concentrated energy, reducing enemies to blight-scarred ruin in a matter of seconds, or slash them to ribbons with wickedly sharp enchanted blades called hex razors.

Bayal, called the Hound of Everblight, is first among hex hunters. He is an incredibly potent battle wizard who can unleash withering bolts of blighted energy upon foes or freeze their bones with blasts of icy power. When leading his men in battle, Bayal becomes a whirling dervish of destruction, eviscerating his victims with twin hex blades or channeling his blighted magic through the weapons to bind a foe in shadow.

Hrm, a ten man unit of casters. Interesting.

So, magic weapon and maybe Hellfire as a * attack? Or would that be broken?

I doubt it would be Hellfire, no Pow14s on each guy in a 10man, probably more like some generic Pow10 or 11 thing.

I honestly don't like Legion Infantry model-wise.
These guys look real nice. A great step in the right direction IMO.

Though I'm not crazy about them, they look good and sound decent in fluff.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Same, but I agree that these are pretty damn cool.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

In this age of multipose plastics, the one thing that nags at me about PP minis is the repetition of poses.

Like all of Privateer's small based infantry, metal. The only plastic kits they release are the modular heavies and an occasional heavy infantry box.

I see, since theres some plastic warcasters I was not sure if these would be plastics or metals.
I like these models apart the spiky chins, but a box of 10 with only 5 diferent miniatures is not atractive to me.

The only plastic casters are the ones coming in the new all plastic starter boxes.

These are the best looking legion unit and the best looking unit published by PP in a while. The poses are nice and they fit in with the rest of the blighted elves.

Well, they spent all their good mojo on Warmongers.

I hear from many that like them model-wise.
I'm not a huge fan, but I'm sure it's because I have not seen them IRL and upclose.

I do like the Warmonger Solo model a bit more, but I'm still not too hot on Legion stuff :-/

The only thing I really like out of the model range is the Protector. I'm heavily considering just getting it to paint up like my eMorghoul model.

As for the UA, +10 to the cool factor.
Though I'm getting like a Bloodtracker vibe from their looks.
