I was pondering about the changer of ways and the fact that he is the weaver of fate. I was wondering that his/her interest is in Narrative and having a future to weave, is Tzeentch really interested in Nurgle, Khorne or Slaanesh. I believe it merely wants to be weave complex fates for all the other races and beings. Would it therefore happily weave the fates of its fellow Chaos Gods? Could the changer of ways only be wiped out if the universe itself ceased to exist wiped? As with no physical realm to affect, and no sentient life to believe in its own future it could not exist. Is Tzeentch truly evil? I don't think so, I think Magnus the Red makes this whole point in a subtle way. Change is good, it means survival and evolution, diversification and biological strength. I think Tzeentch would be the last survivor of all the chaos gods, because all must have a time narrative in order to truly exist (I think therefore I am), all must come from somewhere and be going somewhere in their future. Tzeentch is almost an assumption of future events and that which will or may come to pass, we all advance into our future even if we do not wish to, time cannot be cheated and so Fate marches ever onwards and time cannot ever be stopped?

Don't forget that by its own nature, Tzeench, while existing, also doesn't exist. It's the ultimate Paradox in a warp god whose very nature is contradictory.

Changed is good, but you can have too much of a good thing. Tzeentch is changed gone out of control, he changes things for sake of change. The same can be said for all the gods, Tzeentch takes change and takes it too far. Also tzeentch does manipulate the other chaos gods, his labyrinth of change gives him a back door to the other chaos god's realms.
If you read the background story in the hard cover rulebook, it gives you a good idea of how tzeentch works.

Change and change until Change is our master, for nothing neither God nor mortal can hold that which has no form. Change is the constant that cannot be changed.
No game of chess can be won without pawns, and this may prove to be a very long game.

Tzeentch wants nothing more than to rule over the other three gods. everything Tzeentch does is tho further his own purpose in some way or another.
You can't really say that the chaos gods or chaos is evil. they are just CHAOS. chaos is a natural part of the universe. Change, violence, excess, and death are all parts of life. without chaos, life could not exist, and without life, chaos could not exist.
The warp only exists because life exists. with no life there can be no "souls" and souls are the stuff of the warp.
it the warp is gone, bye bye Tzeentch and all of his brothers simultaneously.

yes somtimes change is good but tzeech's plans are so elaborate that they allways suit him, like the deal he made with magnus when magnus asked tzeech to save his legion witch was good but tzeech knew it would end badlly
