If you deck out two full ten man units with two warbosses and give them all relevant upgrades, you just about hit the tip of 1750-1800 right there. With any spare points, take one grot ojective grab squad (gogs) and some deffkoptas with twin-linked rokkit launchas and buzzsaws to alpha strike opponent's transports or vulnerable long range fire. The key is to make sure an opponent does not get to shoot down your ork bikers before they close in for the kill. EDIT: Here is a list that shows reduced Nob biker squads. The smaller you make them, the more you can fit into a list. This list comes out to about 1830ish or so.
