Lookin for a little advice on assembling a Repressor kit. It seems like the Repressor top bit is too short for the rhino top hull. I shaved about an 1/8" off the back of the top hull and it still will not cover the left hatch. If i shave much more off the hull i will end up with a 1/8" + gap where the top hull meets the rear door... Should i go ahead and shave it to fit, then use plastic card and green stuff...? Any alternative advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the club.

This is one of the worst FW add-on kits when it comes to resin shrinkage and pieces being too small to fit.

Mine was 'fixed' with plasticard and copious amounts of squadron green filler.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Yep that is more or less the direction i went... ill post some pic's... When searching around dakka before postings this. I found a post stating that some FW stuff was being outsourced to China. That post was made in August of 09, and the the guy was talking up the quality of the Repressor kit he had just received. Guess I did not get so lucky.
