I've been working on Chaos Lord for my Alpha Legion.
My chaos lord made of "Valkan Hestan". His cloak is good for my Alpha Legion theme.

Problem is,"Weapon". I need Weapon for him.(for right hand)
I dont want give him a spear because it makes my lord looks like too much "Hestan".
Do you have any idea for weapon for Chaos Lord?
I'll use him as Chaos Lord and sometimes count as Huron.
So "big/heavy" looks is good. But not "fist".
As Alpha Legion he will bear no mark. But Deamonic weapon is good.

Any idea,images,art,parts suggestion will help me a lot.

Nope, its fine, I would use a power axe from the CSM terminators, maurauders and pretty much anything with an axe. Axes always look good, and are heavy and powerful looking, but sometimes it can be hard to balance the mini if the axe is too small/large

I was considering some options for a terminator chaos lord (specifically, a Nurgle Daemon Weapon option) and was thinking about a pitchfork-style weapon.

I know you said you didn't want to consider a spear, but if you look at the sprues for the terminator lord, and look at the Sorcerer Force Weapon plus the Sorcerer head; the head has these great angled spikes that could be cut off and put together to be used as the tines on a particularly brutal looking pitchfork. I would lop off the top of the force weapon and try to attach these spikes together, if not with glue then with some green stuff, but whatever works.

Have a look at the Lances on the WHFB Chaos Knights. Most Chaos players are getting rid of theirs, so they're in adundance at the minute.

If you trim the blade from the haft they look like really mean Daemon Weapons.
