Hi guys
Does anyone know where i can get good thunderhammers to convert models? im planning on arming some of my vanguard (i think it was, don't have codex with me) with thunderhammers, but there aren't any models, so will need thunderhammers to convert! or alternatively good thunder armed models that can have a jump pack added to look like vanguard!
Help!!
Thanks

If your family is mad at you, Ogres are the way to go. No one could be mad at Ogres. But if you come out and they demand to know what you're wasting your time on and you hold up a rat, you're not going to make any friends.

You could also try the Thunder Hammers from the Death Company box, a little shaving of the BA related filigree etc.
They are designed for power armour and are plastic so that's a bonus for conversions.

You should be able to purchase them from bits websites like:
bitzbox.co.uk
bitzbarn.co.uk
thecombatcompany.com.au
battlewagonbits
and even bits sellers on ebay. Hoard O' Bits is quite good.

If you wanted to go for something different and unique, I would check out http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=12&products_id=84 . They seem to be relatively cheap for how many you get. Down side is you would need some extra arms and have to pin them on but, if you're willing to do that, I think they are pretty cool.
If you wanted the GW product only, I would also throw in Black Dagger Games to the list of ebay sellers along with Hoard O Bits. Both have great prices and fast shipping.
