1 master of runes (njarls apprentice)
20 rune priests (acolytes)

benefits
no leader of the pack rule.
instead of moving and casting shooting powers njarl can create a permanent rune circle centered on him (large blast template). while any other runepriest is under it they benefit from njarls invul save and eternal warrior. if njarl and apprentice are in the circles, any other runepriest also in the circle can forgo their normal power to aide the apprentice by making a psychic test):

jaws of the warp wolf withthe assist gets a cumulative -1 per successful assist, +1 for failed assist to the target's initiative test. a 1 still always passes.
murderous hurricaine targets all enemy models within 18" and effects vehicles, which take your choice of d3 glancing hits or 1 pen from the amount of shrapenel flying up.

thoughts? this is part of a 4000 point game with 30+ players and is supposed to be a little fluffy and competitive but mainly very fun and enjoyable for all.

Is it 20 models or up to 20?
Also this would probably be better in proposed rule methinks.
And you realise 20 rune priest is about 2000 points right? Then add Nijal the Stormcaller and his buddy and then the 300 for the pivilage of fielding it... well it's alot for a 4000 point game.
