Ok a little back story needs to be told here. I have been playing 40k Since i was a wee child in 3rd ed. Never has this happened to me before I am completely perplexed.
I have bought box sets NIB and straight off the shelves of my local GW store. Now this last saturday I purchased a NIB SM Razor-Back Transport. When I get home and open the box It only contains 3 of the 4 sprues to make a Razorback. It has the sprues to make a Rhino, but that is not why I bought the Razor.
I have never purchased a GW product that has missing Pieces, What Should I do,
Should I email or call them, and if that what info do i need?

I would really appreciate any help?

Charlies well spent Paycheck

I apologize in advance for sounding rude, I don't mean to sound that way

Call GW or return it to the store. They have (or used to have) a good reputation for correcting things like this.

Bring it back to the store with your receipt, most stores will take it back and replace it. There are certain states that require them to do so with any product sold within the state for a certain period of time regardless of company policy if they decide to be a git.

I brought Khorne daemons back to the store because they had no round bases, only square for FantasyWH. They gave me another box ... which only had square bases. The Gen.MAnager was in at the time and then *gave* me a bag of bases (meaning, I scored several 40mm and a 60mm base!) since the rest of the shipment was likely to be messed up.

Yes. Take it back. They'll make it right.

Another time, they screwed up a bits order. I ended up getting an entire Hive Tyrant out of a 2nd screw up, that was only corrected by try #3. For the price of a couple bits, less than $10, IIRC.

All different managers. GW does deserve a good rep for Customer Satisfaction for honked up delivery on items purchased.

You might need the receipt, (I had it in both cases above) incase the person running the register doesn't know you. Which, oddly, given the aggressive/personal nature of how GW employees are suppose to be with customers, they *ought* to know who you are. I can name, at least, the last 12 or so Red Shirts at the couple GW stores in the area, because of the "friendly" nature. And yeah, some were actually cool guys.

You should take it back and get an Eldar Fire Prism. They're way cooler.

Yay Eldar!!

Currently collecting and painting Eldar from W40k.
