My codex's are also suffering from the same problem. My skaven codex (used 3-4 times total) and my tau book (used alot are falling apart. However my chaos marines and ork codex are not and oddly I have used those more than the tau book.

Terrible binding is terrible, but why some books suffer from it and others don't leads me to believe it's a factory defect.
