G'Day folks, so all the recent Dark Eldar talk had me searching for all my Dark Eldar miniatures. Sadly I found that during the last two house moves, a lot of my 2000 Pts army was either lost or heavily damaged (primarily the plastics, like my Raiders).

Taking stock of what I had left I had:

I'm not going to use the SCs unless I can find a purpose later and I'll use all the Wyches as Hekatrix Bloodbrides: using the Wyches w/ Shredders as Syrens with Phantasm Grenade Launchers; the Succubi as Wyches w/ Razorflails; and the other Wyches as the new equivalents (except the Wych w/ Blaster, who I have no ideas for).

The Wych Lord will defect and become an Archon (honestly I really hate the new Succubi HQ unit) and the Mandrakes will become Wyches (lead by a Wych w/ Shredder) as they are similar to the look of the new Wych models if I add some of them later.

So with that all in mind, here's the get me by list I've built out of these models so far.

Any advice from some of the more experienced Dark Eldar players on how to makes this work would be appreciated or at least enough advice to tie me over until I can purchase some new Raiders and maybe another Talos or two.

Hmmm... it looks like you're going for a webway army for pretty much every unit, I can't imagine you plan on starting the game with anything other than the Haemonculi and Wracks. Without any raider models, it's going to be tough to get close enough to deploy the portal. Do you have any Eldar vypers you could use as venoms? If you do, starting the game with two venoms, each with a haemoculi and Wracks (can you take 4 Wracks in a unit?) may be worth trying, as the chances of getting one webway portal set-up for the rest of the army seems possible.

My best suggestion, though, would be to try and put together two raiders from all the pieces you have left, split up the 6 grotesque models you have into two units of 3 grotesques each, with an attached haemonculi, and use those as your webway carriers.

If I could, I'd actually be more inclined to field two Raiders w/ Enhanced Aethersails & Nightshields for an extra 150 Pts, one would carry the Archon, a Haemonculus and the Kabalite Warriors and the second would carry the other Haemonculus and the Wracks. Trust me I'll be getting some replacement Raiders ASAP.
