Hey all,

I'm building a Rhino, and I see that you can get smoke grenades for free on the rhino. Now, to have these in the game, is there a piece that needs to be attached to the Rhino? If so, what does it look like? Is it the piece that looks like three short, wide barrels? I want to use smoke, but if that's the piece used for smoke, it looks ugly. And do you use both of them, or one, or doesn't it matter? I'm trying to find out how the physical appearence of the Rhino effects how it's used in the game. If it's normal procedure to put those three barrels on the tank to use smoke, I'll gladly do it, but if nobody bothers I'll probably leave them off.

Yes, it's the piece that looks like three short, wide barrels in a W shape.

However, the good news is that the Rhino is automatically equipped with Smoke Launchers (by the rules, it is impossible to field a Rhino without them). Thus, you do not need to represent it on a model. On a similar note, all Tactical Space Marines are equipped with Boltguns and Bolt Pistols, but do you model a Bolt Pistol on every model? No, probably not. But that doesn't mean you can't use them.

I don't bother putting them on any of my Rhinos because, as you said, they look damn ugly.
