The special rule for bigbomm is that it may be used even if turbo boosting in its movement phase. Can the bigbomm be droped if used in its scout phase?

IIRC, bigbomm's conditions for use are just moving over the enemy unit arent they?
Unless there is a rule (which i may be forgetting) preventing you from moving near enemy units with your scout move, i'd say this was ok.

Yeah, normally you must stay 12 inches away from the enemy during your scout move.
It might be feasible, but I doubt you could pull it off.

No, you can't drop it because you must stay more than 12" away from t3h Enemy.

Although I don't think there would be anything stopping you turboboosting in turn 1 to do this (i.e. after scout moves). Again, this is pending im not forgetting a rule in the BigBomm entry...
